Exterior Door for Walls and Ceilings
Access door frame shall be fabricated from 16 gauge galvannealed steel with a prime coat finish and provided with bolt holes. Access door panel shall be fabricated from 16 gauge galvannealed steel with a prime coat finish. Door shall be filled with 1 inch thick, rigid foam insulation. Access door shall have a concealed hinge with dual purpose latch. Exterior latching shall be flush with door and operated by either a knurled knob or flush key. Finish shall be prime coat suitable for painting.
